Problem Description:
In the process of manufacturing EN877 pipes for European clients, we faced the technical challenges of producing the world's smallest size DN50 and largest size DN600 cast iron pipes. This involved precision machining of small-size molds to ensure products met the highest size standards. For the manufacturing of DN600-sized pipes, we optimized iron fluidity to guarantee product quality and performance.
